Now CTS (Qingdao) Company owned 241 tourism buses, most of which were Higer buses.XU, Lichen began to purchase Higer buses in 2001, which were good in quality and reliable in operation. Afterwards he changed most of his buses into Higer buses. As the development of the company, managements on oil consumption, safety and intelligent dispatching were required, and XU, Lichen planned to purchase a batch of Higer buses with G-BOS system which was helpful for bus operating customers.
