"Higer Intelligence" activity is helpful to solve the problem, one of the biggest for Heilongjiang passenger transport industry, that the industry development is hampered by disorderly competition and the lack of core competence. First, G-BOS may help administrative departments with supervision and management; second, G-BOS may improve the safety of passenger transport; third, G-BOS may be used to check the problems of buses.
