On December 16th, 2011, Chairman of Xiamen King Long Motor Group GU, Tao attended the press conference of Telematics system held in National Conference Center with presidents of King Long, Higer and Golden Dragon. The conference declared that the three companies were to cooperate on Telematics system.

The business was ponsored by shareholder of King Long Group-CCRE Group, which set up Shanghai Transun Telematics Technology Co., Ltd. in October, and King Long Group was in charge of the integration and operation of the business as the operator.

Chairman of King Long Motor Group GU, Tao said the main reason for cooperation of the three companies was to avoid redundant construction and optimize internal resources by sharing the same platform.
