Higer Bus ranks No.2 in China bus industry for the sales of large and medium buses. On 27 July 2010, Higer Bus launched G-BOS (G represents 3G:GPS、GIS、GPRS and BOS is "bus operation system" for short). The system integrates the functions of GPS, driving recorder, fuel consumption recorder, maintenance management, remote breakdown analysis and stitches matching. By far, there have been over 1500 bus operators having installed G-BOS systems, arousing the smart management revolution among operators.

Some expert believes that the cooperation between Higer Bus and National Express Group marks the speeding up of China intelligence buses and the application of G-BOS possibly promotes the transformation of carriers from traditional to modern service oriented industry.
